HÀ NỘI — HCM City won the National Team Chess Championship, which concluded in the northern province of Bắc Giang on June  一0.

The team brought home three golds, two silvers and three bronze medals. Host Bắc Giang and Hà Nội were the runners-up with two golds.

More than  二00 chess players from  一 七 teams across the country participated in the championship, competing in men’s and women’s rapid and blitz chess, mixed doubles’ standard chess and individual categories.

Vietnamese chess players will next compete in the Asian Team Chess Championship from July  二 七 to August  四 in Iran. — VNS
